Position Overview

As a key member of our Client Services team, reporting directly to the regional team head and ultimately the Group COO, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of client accounts and maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

•   Client Onboarding:
Manage and support the onboarding of new clients, including gathering and verifying KYC documentation, coordinating account openings with partner banks, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Transaction Management:
Handle client instructions for various account transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and trading, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Billing and Reporting:
Assist in the preparation and processing of client billing statements and periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Record Maintenance:
Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records within the CRM and document management systems, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Client Communication:
Coordinate and follow up on client communications, providing clear, professional, and timely responses to inquiries.

Banking Liaison:
Serve as the primary contact with banking and financial institutions on client-related matters, including account setup, documentation, and operational requests, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

•    
Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve client and banking-related issues proactively, escalating when necessary to ensure swift resolution and client satisfaction.

Skills & experience

o  Educational Background
: A bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field. A relevant master's degree would be appreciated but is not required.

o  
Work Experience
: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in banking, wealth management, or a similar function, with exposure to an international environment and culture.

o  
Language Skills
: Fluency in English and Hebrew is a prerequisite.

o  
Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels and external partners.

o  
Organizational Skills
: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

o  
Technical Proficiency
: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM Systems. Understanding of financial terminology, private banking processes, and KYC/AML frameworks.

: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. A client-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential.
