Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Accountant
to join our finance team full-time at
EXER Car Rental International
in Athens. The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our offices on
Paianias Markopoulou Avenue, Athens
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Maintain and update accounting records and documentation.
  • Support tax and audit processes by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (knowledge of Epsilon ERP or similar will be considered an asset).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Λογιστή (Accountant)
με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια για πλήρη απασχόληση στην ομάδα οικονομικών της
EXER Car Rental International
στην Αθήνα. Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα συμμετέχει στις καθημερινές λογιστικές εργασίες, θα διατηρεί ακριβή οικονομικά αρχεία και θα διασφαλίζει τη συμμόρφωση με τις πολιτικές της εταιρείας και τη νομοθεσία. Η θέση είναι

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Καταχώρηση και συμφωνία καθημερινών οικονομικών συναλλαγών.
  • Υποστήριξη στην προετοιμασία μηνιαίων και ετήσιων οικονομικών καταστάσεων.
  • Διαχείριση τιμολογίων, πληρωμών και εξόδων.
  • Τήρηση και ενημέρωση των λογιστικών αρχείων και παραστατικών.
  • Υποστήριξη διαδικασιών φορολογικού ελέγχου και ελέγχου από ορκωτούς λογιστές.
  • Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα για τη διασφάλιση της ακρίβειας των οικονομικών δεδομένων.

Προσόντα

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη λογιστική ή την τήρηση βιβλίων.
  • Ικανή γνώση λογιστικών αρχών και οικονομικής αναφοράς.
  • Εμπειρία σε λογιστικά προγράμματα (η γνώση του Epsilon ERP θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν).
  • Πτυχίο στα Λογιστικά, Χρηματοοικονομικά ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel και εργαλείων του Microsoft Office.
