Role Summary
We're hiring a creative, growth-driven Social Media & Brand Growth Manager to build and lead the online presence of our marketing agency for online creators — from the ground up.
You'll be the public face and voice of the agency across social platforms, primarily Instagram (and later TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts). You'll develop the social media strategy, define our visual identity, coordinate content creation with designers, editors, and VAs, and build an engaged audience that positions our agency as a trusted authority in the creator marketing space.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves building brands, experimenting with content formats, and driving measurable growth.
Success Outcomes:
First 30–45 Days
- Create a launch strategy for Instagram and supporting platforms (brand tone, content pillars, target audience).
- Set up branded social accounts, bios, link pages, and content workflows.
- Produce the first batch of content (photo, video, carousel, reels) with designers and editors.
- Develop and post an initial content calendar with consistent posting rhythm.
60–90 Days
- Grow engagement and follower base through storytelling, collaborations, and trend-driven content.
- Coordinate designers, editors, and VAs to produce content at scale while maintaining brand consistency.
- Implement performance tracking (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).
- Begin building a creator-facing community through DM outreach, partnerships, or creator features.
3–6 Months
- Build a recognizable, cohesive brand identity and tone across all posts and videos.
- Establish influencer and creator collaborations to expand reach.
- Launch campaign experiments (giveaways, collaborations, mini-trainings).
- Document processes and train support staff for ongoing content and engagement operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Social Media Growth & Brand Building
Develop and execute a complete social media strategy (Instagram-first, multi-platform long term).
- Be the face of the brand — appear in stories, reels, or voiceovers to humanize the agency.
- Create content that educates, entertains, and converts (behind-the-scenes, tips, case studies, success stories).
Analyze metrics weekly and optimize for engagement and growth.
Creative Direction & Team Coordination
Lead a small creative pod of designers, video editors, and VAs.
- Define content formats, scripts, and visual style.
- Approve final edits and ensure brand alignment.
Maintain a smooth, repeatable workflow from idea → production → posting.
Audience Targeting & Community Building
Identify and segment target audiences (creators, aspiring influencers, brand partners).
- Engage in comments and DMs to build trust and drive applications.
Coordinate creator interviews, testimonials, and feature stories.
Strategy & Analytics
Track social KPIs (growth rate, engagement rate, inbound leads).
- Prepare weekly insights to refine campaigns and tone of voice.
- Collaborate with leadership to align brand goals with marketing strategy.
Required skills & experience:
- 2–5+ years in social media management, personal branding, or digital marketing.
- Proven success growing Instagram or TikTok accounts from scratch.
- Strong on-camera or spokesperson presence (comfortable being the brand's public face).
- Experience leading a distributed creative team (designers, editors, VAs).
- Deep understanding of content trends, engagement algorithms, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Organized, proactive, and confident managing deadlines and content calendars.
Nice to have:
- Background in the creator economy or influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with Meta Business tools, analytics dashboards, and scheduling platforms.
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or basic video editing tools.
- Understanding of subscription-based creator ecosystems.
Tools & Workflow:
- Primary: Instagram, TikTok, Google Workspace
- Useful: Notion / Asana, Meta Business Suite, Canva / Figma, CapCut / Premiere Pro
- Documentation: Content calendar, style guide, and posting checklist
Working model & growth:
This is a full-time, remote role with creative autonomy. You'll be the driving force behind the agency's online presence, growing it into a trusted and visible brand. As the brand scales, you'll have the opportunity to hire and lead additional content, social, and community roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 1,600.00€ - 1,800.00€ per month
