About the role...

We are currently seeking an Application Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad.

What you will do...

• Coordinate testing activities with external stakeholders;
• Execute pre-go-live manual functional and integration (end-to-end) testing;
• Run and troubleshoot automation test suites using Cypress and ReadyAPI;
• Report issues and bugs using Jira or similar issue tracking tools;
• Review and contribute to technical requirements;
• Document and communicate test execution progress and document test results;
• Maintain test data;
• Lead or participate in meetings with clients and other stakeholders;
• Create technical and other documentation and deliver user training sessions;

Technical Skills required...

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
• 2-4 years of proven working experience as a tester;
• Strong ability to validate IT systems against functional and technical specifications, including some experience on Service System Specifications
• Solid understanding of web services and networking concepts;
• Familiarity with SQL and database validation techniques
• Experience working with XML/XSD, REST APIs;
• Linux command-line tools and file system operations
• Hands-on use of tools such as SoapUI, ReadyAPI, Postman, and SQL Developer for API testing and database interaction
• Good knowledge of data analysis and data modeling;
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal;
• Proficient in MS Office suite;

Experience in the following will be considered as an asset
:

• Exposure to automated testing tools and frameworks. (e.g Playwright, Jenkins)
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash)
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
