In this exciting time of scaling our product and innovating the company with new tools, we are looking for an IT Service Engineer to join our team in Greece The person in this role will provide technical assistance to our users and staff, with duties such as ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software tools, enhancing system performance, but also standardizing and innovating our IT infrastructure through interesting projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Independently executing IT support tasks and ticket resolution
- Managing user accounts and groups in M365
- Administering company-used tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.)
- Supporting VPN configuration and basic scripting for automation
- Setting up and supporting workplace IT (meeting rooms, printers, event setups)
- Participating in IT projects related to process improvement and standardization
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems when necessary
- Basic procurement of IT equipment
What we are looking for:
- Hands-on experience with M365 and IT systems administration
- Ability to prioritize and resolve support requests independently
- Knowledge of automation workflows (e.g., PowerAutomate, Zapier)
- Familiarity with tool configuration
- Clear and proactive communication with team leads and engineering
- Fluent in English
Bonus points for:
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or equivalent
- Basic Project Management course
