We are now looking to expand our passionate and talented team by hiring an
Project Manager -
Operations Manager
to work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams. This role is critical to driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and successful project delivery across international deployments.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious team based in Athens. You will take full ownership of operations and project management across the lifecycle of our IoT solutions — from concept to delivery and ongoing support. You'll lead internal teams, coordinate with external partners, and ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of our products and services.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and offers the chance to shape the future of connected infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Project Management

• Design and implement strategies to improve customer retention and maximize lifetime value
• Represent CICICOM in customer meetings and lead product presentations
• Build and nurture strong client relationships based on trust and performance
• Oversee onboarding processes for new customers and coordinate technical/operational deliverables
• Translate customer requirements into actionable project plans
• Ensure product-market alignment by supporting every stage from design to post-launch

Operational Management

• Oversee daily operational processes to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
• Lead and coordinate internal teams, including Service Desk and Technical Support
• Ensure full compliance with internal and client-facing SLAs/OLAs
• Apply ITIL-aligned operational processes (e.g., incident, event, request management)
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics using service management tools
• Resolve issues proactively and remove barriers to success

Team Leadership

• Inspire, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams toward continuous improvement
• Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and performance

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree
  in Electrical Engineering
  or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Structured, interdisciplinary thinker with a problem-solving mindset
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Account Manager
• Solid understanding of the product lifecycle, from prototyping to manufacturing and delivery
• Familiarity with IoT technologies and protocols (LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, ultra-low-power systems)
• Hands-on experience with customer onboarding, support processes, or working with distributors
• High emotional intelligence and ability to thrive under pressure
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

• Experience in product commercialization or hardware go-to-market strategy
• Familiarity with technical documentation, testing, or quality assurance
• Exposure to international projects or smart city initiatives
