Remote German-Speaking Customer Service in Greece

As a German-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will guide travelers through their booking journey. From handling questions about reservations and payments to assisting with policy updates, you'll ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Daily TasksCommunicate with customers via phone, email, or chat
Manage bookings, cancellations, and payment inquiries
Provide product and policy information clearly and accurately
Handle customer feedback with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with colleagues to find effective solutions
Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
Based in Greece with a valid work permit or EU citizenship
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
Availability for rotational shifts (Mon–Sun, 40 hours/week)
