Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Head Chef at More Meni Boutique Hotels in Kos. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food production for the new More Glamping Hotel on May 2026.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills, Menu development, and Food production experience in Buffet Style
  • Leadership and Team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Creativity and Attention to detail
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus
