Role Description

This is a seasonal on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Kos. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes according to the restaurant's guidelines, ensuring high standards of food quality, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The Chef De Partie will also assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development, and may supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth kitchen operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to supervise and train junior kitchen staff
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
