, a subsidiary of KTIRIO Publications, is seeking a full-time Architectural Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in construction projects to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with design teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to prepare execution drawings, assist in technical coordination, and ensure accurate implementation of construction details on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed construction (execution) drawings to guide site implementation.
  • Collaborate with architectural and engineering consultants to resolve technical details.
  • Coordinate with site engineers to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Perform quantity take-offs for material and labor cost estimation.
  • Support procurement through technical evaluations and material research.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and project stakeholders for smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and submit technical documents to local authorities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of on-site experience in construction projects.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
