FO & Transmission Implementation Supervisor

The job holder will be responsible for managing and controlling Transmission & Fiber Optic activities to support the effective deployment related to the network, guiding engineers and subcontractors while ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Accountabilities{{:}}

• Manages all Transmission & Fiber Optic activities
• Implements developmental plans for team members
• Supervises and motivates the team to meet targets, performance standards, innovation and company's vision
• Ensures resource allocation, scheduling, and prioritization of activities for maximum efficiency
• Acts as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues arising during implementation
• Supervises the contractors performance ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and quality standards and evaluate solutions that fit with company needs.
• Inspects construction projects, ensures that a safe construction is maintained and plans are followed according to our standards
• Monitors deliverables and quality KPIs of contractors
• Safeguards an effective communication and maintains strong relationships with other company's departments and external contractors to achieve coordinated implementation of plans and ensure the successful implementation of Transmission & Fiber Optic activities
• Cooperates with Budget Planning & Control to ensure the effective budget absorption
• Monitors and reviews regularly project budgets and takes corrective actions when needed
• Controls related costs compliance with current contracts price list
• Prepares reports related to Transmission & Fiber Optic issues (targets / risks)
• Participates in planning process of future company's needs
• Monitors progress, control risks, and provide regular updates to senior management
• Drives continuous improvement, related to performance & quality, initiatives, optimizing processes, tools, and methods used in implementation

Requirements
Key Skills

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• In depth knowledge and understanding of Constructions aspects
• Experience in transmission and fiber optics (FO) implementation
• 2-3 years' involvement in Project's delivery - ideally, having led small- or large-scale projects through the full lifecycle within or outside Victus
• Excellent interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; and strong ability to self-motivate and motivate others
• Ability to take on responsibility and make decisions
• Enthusiastic and passionate, with a strong customer orientation
• Collaborative spirit with internal and external parties
• Strong collaborative skills with third parties (municipalities) to efficiently acquire licensing permits.
