Η ManpowerGroup Greece, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, κορυφαία εταιρεία στον τομέα των τεχνολογικών προϊόντων, αναζητά έναν/μία People Experience & Employer Brand Specialist.

Τοποθεσία: Νέο Ηράκλειο, Αθήνα

Μοντέλο εργασίας: Υβριδικό, Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή πρωινό ωράριο

Σύμβαση: 6μηνη με προοπτική ανανέωσης

Τι θα κάνεις:

  • Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση δράσεων Employer Branding και People Experience, σε πλήρη ευθυγράμμιση με τη στρατηγική EVP & Employer Branding
  • Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση περιεχομένου για εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά επικοινωνιακά κανάλια (career site, social media, επαγγελματικές πλατφόρμες)
  • Υποστήριξη στη διοργάνωση εκδηλώσεων και εταιρικών πρωτοβουλιών (π.χ. Career Days, onboarding activities)
  • Διαχείριση συνεργασιών με προμηθευτές και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες, εξασφαλίζοντας την άρτια υλοποίηση των έργων
  • Παρακολούθηση, αξιολόγηση και βελτιστοποίηση της απόδοσης επικοινωνιακών ενεργειών μέσω KPIs και reporting, με στόχο τη συνεχή βελτίωση
  • Συμμετοχή σε ad hoc έργα και εταιρικές δράσεις που ενισχύουν την εικόνα της εταιρείας ως εργοδότη επιλογής

Τι αναζητάμε:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ σε Marketing, HR ή σε παρεμφερές πεδίο 
  • 1–3 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε Employer Branding, HR Marketing ή Επικοινωνία
  • Καλή γνώση εργαλείων social media και digital analytics (π.χ. LinkedIn, Google Analytics)
  • Εμπειρία σε content creation και copywriting για διάφορα κανάλια επικοινωνίας
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση events και employer branding projects
  • Εξοικείωση με MS Office, ATS/HRIS συστήματα καθώς και εργαλεία design (π.χ. Canva)
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πνεύμα συνεργασίας
  • Οργανωτικότητα και ικανότητα διαχείρισης έργων (project management)
