Avis Greece is on the hunt for an exceptional
Network Financial Associate
who will be part of our Accounting Department and be responsible for managing all invoicing and financial transactions related to the Network Team, including vendor communication, invoice processing, data entry, and supporting daily accounting operations.

Are you an expert in numbers and able to deal with financial operations? If so, this could be the ideal role for you


Your Mission:

  • Receive, review, and process all invoices related to the Network team in compliance with internal accounting policies.
  • Liaise with external vendors to confirm invoice details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
  • Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems.
  • Monitor and maintain invoice tracking logs and ensure proper filing and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Support month- end and year- end closing activities.
  • Work as part of the accounting teams to compile and analyze data, track information and support the company.
  • Participate in additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
  • Work with other department members to compile, analyze and report financial data.

Requirements


What Spells Success: Your Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
    University or TEI degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • Experience:
    1-2 years of working experience in similar position
  • Analytical Skills:
    Excel in using MS-Office applications with emphasis on Excel and Power Point
  • Team Player:
    Exhibit a strong team spirit, ethical conduct, and reliability while also being capable of working independently
  • Time Management:
    Organization skills with attention to detail
  • Effective Multi-Tasking:
    Manage multiple ongoing tasks with shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Integrity:
    Able to handle sensitive information
  • Communication:
    Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
