Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Pallíni. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing administrative support, managing phone calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills, assisting with executive administrative duties, and performing general clerical work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Competent in Clerical Skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
• Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is preferred
