Role Description:

We are currently seeking a
Data Scientist
 with expertise in 
Generative AI
 and 
Large Language Models (LLMs)
. We are looking for individuals who have hands-on experience in the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs, as well as a deep understanding of foundational models and transformer-based architectures.

*The position is open for all levels (Junior, Mid and Senior
). Candidates will be evaluated during the interview process based on their level.

What Your Daily Life Will Look Like:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-driven applications, including conversational AI solutions that integrate advanced language understanding and response generation.
• Assist in research projects in NLP, Generative AI, and Graph Analytics, focusing on scalability, predictive performance, and efficiency.
• Document processes, methodologies, and techniques to ensure transparency and replicability.
• Collaborate with software engineering, bioinformatics, and product development teams to optimize LLM performance and ensure seamless system integration.
• Participate in regular discussions with team members and supervisors to align project goals and share progress updates.
• Learn and grow under the guidance of other scientists and engineers.

What Your Strengths Are:

• Ph.D. (
  requirement
  ) in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Prior hands-on working experience in data science projects, with exposure to Conversational AI systems or LLM-driven applications.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI concepts.
• Basic understanding of graph-based methods and their application to conversational agents.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Sci-kit learn, Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong interest in learning and applying cutting-edge AI/ML technologies.
• Good communication skills, with proficiency in Greek and English.

Job Features:
