We are looking for a Patient Advocacy Intern to join our External Affairs team.

In this collaborative, entry-level role, you will get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on the implementation of the patient advocacy strategy and action-plan. You will support the Vaccines Policy & Patient Advocacy Manager, assist in coordinating and executing patient-focused initiatives, managing logistics, and contributing to the development of meaningful relationships with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the patient advocacy plan, ensuring timely delivery of activities and milestones.
• Assist in implementing necessary procedural steps in each respective engagement with PAGs.
• Support logistics and procedural steps for internal and external patient engagement projects, including internal registering, scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up.
• Contribute to the development of communication materials, presentations, and reports related to patient advocacy initiatives.
• Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, workshops, about patient engagement.
• Support internal coordination across functions (e.g. compliance, communications, medical affairs) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of agreed patient advocacy activities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for innovative patient engagement approaches.
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of project deliverables and learnings.

Competencies & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Communications, Public policy, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Experience with project management tools is a plus.

• Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
