Job description

What We're Looking For:


• A visionary digital strategist passionate about the evolving landscape of social media and creative expression.


• An individual driven by the belief that social media is central to modern communication and commerce, particularly on platforms like YouTube, Instagram & TikTok.


• A professional eager to merge traditional brand planning with modern social principles while emphasizing social intelligence to shape innovative marketing.

Responsibilities Overview:

1.Strategic Development:


• Design modern social strategies for global clients, balancing creative innovation with measurable outcomes.


• Collaborate seamlessly with internal planning teams and external agency partners.

2.Social-Centric Consulting:


• Lead in developing channel and content strategies that integrate with broader digital plans.


• Build actionable audience personas for social activation.

3.Creative Direction & Innovation:


• Craft clear, single-minded creative briefs and social journey maps to inspire creative teams.


• Remain immersed in cultural and social trends to ensure strategies and creative outputs are forward-thinking.

4.Implementation & Measurement:


• Provide expertise in social communication best practices, ensuring work effectiveness through appropriate measurement tools.

5. Mentorship & Team Development:


• Manage and mentor junior strategists and interns, tracking their performance and helping them achieve their potential.

Job requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience:


• 4–6 years in an agency or as a Digital Strategist/Social Strategist/Digital Planner.


• Proven ability to connect audience insights with actionable strategies.

Cultural Expertise:


• Ability to integrate local insights into global strategies.

Skills & Attributes:


• Strong knowledge of social media and digital planning.


• Skilled in research, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data for insights.


• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and writing abilities.


• Digitally savvy with a pulse on platform updates and trends.


• Comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
