Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist. The Receptionist is responsible for phone etiquette, clerical skills, communication, customer service, and other receptionist duties as needed. The Receptionist is located in Athens and is responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, handling customer inquiries and complaints, managing reservations, and providing information about the hotel and local area.

Qualifications

  • Phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Clerical skills, including basic computer knowledge, filing, and record-keeping
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Associates degree in Hospitality management or related field is desirable
