Ο ρόλος

Αναζητούμε έμπειρο/η New Product Development / R&D Manager με τεχνολογικό υπόβαθρο στα Τρόφιμα/Ποτά, δημιουργικότητα και οργανωτική δεινότητα, για να ηγηθεί της ανάπτυξης καινοτόμων τεχνολογικών προϊόντων/συνταγών που χρησιμοποιούνται στην παραγωγή μη αλκοολούχων και αλκοολούχων ποτών.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Ηγεσία του end-to-end NPD κύκλου: από insight & brief μέχρι εργαστηριακή ανάπτυξη, scale-up και βιομηχανική εφαρμογή.
  • Σχεδιασμός και βελτιστοποίηση compounds, γαλακτωμάτων ποτών, αρωμάτων, χρωστικών τροφίμων & συστημάτων γλυκαντικών.
  • Τεχνική υποστήριξη πελατών (δοκιμές σε γραμμή, troubleshooting), λειτουργώντας ως R&D συνεργάτης τους.
  • Παρακολούθηση τάσεων αγοράς, προτάσεις για νέα concepts και portfolio roadmaps.
  • Συνεργασία με Ποιοτικό Έλεγχο/Διασφάλιση Ποιότητας, Παραγωγή και Προμήθειες για first-time-right εμπορικές κυκλοφορίες.
  • Διαχείριση μικρής ομάδας τεχνολόγων και project management με σαφή milestones, KPI's και τεχνικά αρχεία.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Τεχνολογίας Τροφίμων/Χημείας/Χημικών Μηχανικών (MSc επιθυμητό).
  • 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε R&D/NPD αρωμάτων, ποτών ή συναφών συστατικών (ιδανικά ως flavourist/formulator).
  • Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα σε οργανοληπτική αξιολόγηση, σχεδιασμό πειραμάτων, στατιστική ανάλυση & σταθεροποίηση γαλακτωμάτων, αλλά και ποτών συνολικά.
  • Γνώση κανονιστικού πλαισίου ΕΕ για ποτά/αρώματα/πρόσθετα.
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας με πελάτες (Ελληνικά & Αγγλικά), hands-on παρουσία σε παραγωγικές δοκιμές.
  • Ισχυρές δεξιότητες οργάνωσης, προτεραιοποίησης και ηγεσίας.
