Join our Marketing Technology team and help us build high-performing websites, smart integrations, and scalable back-end systems that power digital growth. From custom WordPress themes to Python automation scripts and API-based data pipelines - you'll have the chance to work on projects that combine tech innovation with real-world impact.

• Develop, maintain, and scale custom WordPress themes and plugins, using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and modern coding standards.
• Manage Amazon Lightsail hosting environments, ensuring reliability, speed, and scalability.
• Build and maintain Python-based scripts for automation, data processing, and system integrations.
• Connect our web platforms with advertising APIs (Google Ads, Taboola, Yahoo DSP, Meta Ads, etc.) for seamless campaign and data synchronization.
• Design and maintain efficient, reusable, and well-structured code across both front-end and back-end environments.
• Implement responsive, high-performing front-end interfaces using modern HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Data, and Design teams to bring creative ideas to life and solve real business challenges through technology.
• Stay up to date with emerging tools, frameworks, and APIs, and bring innovative ideas to our tech stack.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or any related field.
• Equivalent hands-on experience is equally valued - we care more about what you can build than your diploma title.

• You're equally comfortable in front-end and back-end environments - a true full-stack mindset.
• You enjoy solving complex problems, learning new tools, and improving existing systems.
• You're self-driven, structured, and proactive - capable of taking ownership of projects end-to-end.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment, where design, data, and marketing meet technology.

• Solid experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, ACF, performance optimization).
• Experience hosting or managing environments on Amazon Lightsail / AWS.
• Proficiency in Python (for data pipelines, API integrations, or automation scripts).
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration flows with third-party platforms.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab).
• Strong analytical and debugging skills - you enjoy finding and fixing what others can't.
