Στο πλαίσιο συμμετοχής μας σε μεγάλο έργο ψηφιακού μετασχηματισμού, αναζητάμε για λογαριασμό συνεργάτη μας, ομάδα που θα στελεχώσει τις Υπηρεσίες Επιχειρηματικής Ανάλυσης (Business Analysis).

Οι ρόλοι: Business Analyst (Manager, Lead)

Job Level: junior - middle – senior

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες Ρόλου:

  • Καταγραφή και ανάλυση επιχειρηματικών απαιτήσεων για την ανάπτυξη νέων λύσεων πληροφορικής.
  • Δημιουργία εγγράφων επιχειρηματικών προδιαγραφών (Business Requirement Documents) και λειτουργικών απαιτήσεων (Functional Specifications) για την υποστήριξη της ανάπτυξης λύσεων πληροφορικής.
  • Αξιολόγηση επιχειρηματικών διαδικασιών, χαρτογράφηση και ανάλυση ροών εργασιών (workflows) για τον εντοπισμό και καταγραφή σημείων βελτίωσης ή ανασχεδιασμό τους βάσει βέλτιστων πρακτικών.
  • Υποστήριξη κατά τη διεξαγωγή Δοκιμών Αποδοχής Χρήστη (UAT) και λειτουργικών δοκιμών για την διασφάλιση ότι οι σχεδιαζόμενες λύσεις πληρούν τις επιχειρηματικές απαιτήσεις.
  • Ανάλυση και αξιολόγηση τεχνολογικών λύσεων, συστημάτων και εργαλείων.

Requirements

Βασικά προσόντα ιδανικών υποψηφίων:

  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχους ρόλους.
  • Εξειδικευμένη τεχνογνωσία στη χαρτογράφηση και ανάλυση επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών, ροών εργασίας και μετασχηματισμού αυτών σε λειτουργικές λύσεις.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη δημιουργία λεπτομερών λειτουργικών και τεχνικών προδιαγραφών.
  • Κατανόηση της επιχειρησιακής στρατηγικής και ικανότητα σύνδεσης αυτής με λύσεις πληροφορικής υψηλής προστιθέμενης αξίας.
  • Εμπειρία σε έργα και εφαρμογές IT, ιδανικά στον τομέα της ενέργειας ή/και σε περιβάλλοντα ψηφιακού μετασχηματισμού.
  • Εμπειρία στην καθοδήγηση ή/και διοίκηση ομάδων BA, καθώς και στο συντονισμό συμβουλευτικών έργων.
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διαχείρισης ενδιαφερόμενων μερών.
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στον τομέα της Πληροφορικής ή σχετικών κλάδων. Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος ή πιστοποίηση θεωρούνται πρόσθετα προσόντα.
