Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Mykonos, a first-of-its-kind lifestyle destination. Featuring a sleek infinity-pool, lounge, restaurant and resident DJs, our vibrant seasonal location is a dynamic lifestyle concept that captures the essence of contemporary dining and entertainment making it the dining destination in Mykonos.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee daily operations, delegating tasks to ensure food and service standards are always met

  • Address customer feedback and handle requests or queries with professionalism and speed

  • Manage recruitment, monitor labour costs, and ensure budgets are met efficiently

  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant environment

  • Conduct daily briefings, motivate the team, and support their growth through training and development

  • Control costs, create staff schedules, and implement sales promotions to boost performance and revenue
