What Youll Do

  • Handle inbound calls and digital requests (email, back-office tasks) with professionalism and empathy

  • Assist customers with package pickups, deliveries, tracking updates, billing questions, and account setup

  • Support users with logistics systems and general service inquiries

  • Resolve complaints or escalate cases when needed

  • Keep a high level of responsibility, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

  • Receive continuous training to stay updated with tools and procedures

You're the person who helps customers feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

What You Bring

  • Excellent Italian (spoken & written)

  • Very good English

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable using digital tools and multitasking

  • Bonus: experience in customer service or logistics
