HR Consultant

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Συμμετοχή στη διαχείριση έργων στελέχωσης και στην επιλογή υποψηφίων για καίριες θέσεις
  • Διεξαγωγήσυνεντεύξεων και αξιολόγηση υποψηφίων βάσει γνώσεων, δεξιοτήτων και εμπειρίας
  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση στρατηγικών προσέλκυσης ταλέντων σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα
  • Αξιοποίηση βάσεων δεδομένων, online πλατφορμών, social media και σύγχρονων εργαλείων (LinkedIn, Boolean search)
  • Εξασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εμπειρίας υποψηφίου σε όλα τα στάδια της διαδικασίας
  • Συνεχής ενημέρωση και συμβουλευτική συνεργασία για την πορεία των έργων
  • Συμμετοχή σε HR εκδηλώσεις, career days, ενέργειες employer branding και διαχείριση παρουσίας σε social media
  • Συμμετοχή σε αναλύσεις έρευνας ικανοποίησης εργαζομένων
  • Συμμετοχή σε διαδικασίες 360° αξιολόγησης (360 feedback)
  • Δημιουργία παρουσιάσεων και reporting
  • Υποστήριξη εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων (training support) με δημιουργία εκπαιδευτικού υλικού

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος στο Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 1–2 έτη σε Recruiting με συμμετοχή σε HR Projects
  • Άριστη γνώση της Eλληνικής γλώσσας, σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο
  • Γνώση και χρήση σύγχρονων τεχνικών αναζήτησης υποψηφίων (LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS)
  • Καλή γνώση εργαλείων ανάλυσης και παρουσιάσεων (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Καλή γνώση εργαλείων δημιουργίας και επικοινωνίας (Canva, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey)
  • Καλή γνώση εργαλείων project management (Asana) και AI εργαλείων
  • Καλή γνώση εργαλείων εκπαίδευσης (Kahoot, Mentimeter) και ικανότητα δημιουργίας εκπαιδευτικού υλικού
  • Ικανότητες οργάνωσης, διαχείρισης χρόνου και παράλληλων projects
  • Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ενεργητική ακρόαση και ουσιαστική αλληλεπίδραση με υποψηφίους
  • Δεξιότητες δικτύωσης και ανάπτυξης επαγγελματικών σχέσεων
