Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Ανάπτυξη πελατολογίου μέσω τηλεφωνικών επικοινωνιών σε επιχειρήσεις του κλάδου hospitality (ξενοδοχεία, τουριστικά καταλύματα, εστιατόρια κ.λπ.)
  • Ενημέρωση και παρουσίαση των προϊόντων/υπηρεσιών της εταιρείας
  • Καταγραφή και διαχείριση leads σε CRM
  • Υποστήριξη της ομάδας πωλήσεων σε θέματα back office (προσφορές, παραγγελίες, κ.ά.)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τηλεφωνικές πωλήσεις
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, επαγγελματισμός και οργανωτική ικανότητα
  • Καλή γνώση Η/Υ και εξοικείωση με CRM ή άλλα συστήματα διαχείρισης
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:

  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία με τον χώρο της φιλοξενίας (hospitality)
