Casino Manager

We're seeking a strategic leader to oversee casino performance while driving strategic initiatives across the Casino Vertical. The manager will be overlooking the daily ops, ensuring top quality, while main focus will be on strategizing and coordination, ensuring good execution of agreed plans with local team, but also with Product Reps. Reporting into the Commercial Director Greece.

What you will be doing :

Strategic Leadership

• Own Local Casino P&L.
• Define and align casino strategy with Commercial Director.
• Coordinate with Product PMs on casino product strategy .
• Drive Casino Planning and support X-sell Planning alongside rest of the commercial team (Sports, CRM & VIP).
• Monitor and report casino performance metrics using proper & accurate documentation.
• Always stay on top of industry trends and bring innovation to the team, pushing for experiments to find the sweet spot of the casino offer.
• Coordinate efforts for casino content promotion.

Stakeholder Management

• Drive Casino performance via Local Commercial Sessions with all teams active on Casino vertical.
• Drive Casino Vertical development via Product Monthly Sessions.
• Drive recurrent alignment sessions on anything related to casino with the central teams: CS, Marketing, Product, Growth, Studio.

Operations Management

• Oversee casino operations including homepage content management, betting rooms, markets management, and casino calendar .
• Manage F2P games and SuperSocial casino strategy.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with CRM, Acquisition, Content, Affiliates and Social Media teams.
• Drive casino-related competitors analysis efforts .

Content & Product Marketing

• Oversee creation of banners, landing pages, and product translations .
• Ensure compliance with general rules and T&Cs .

• Has strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
• Has strong experience in gambling industry.
• Has excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Has project management and team coordination skills.
• Has analytical thinking & data-driven approach.
• Is profficient in both English and Greek.
