We are looking for an experienced and solutions-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Consultant with expertise in Content Management, CRM, ERP or similar systems to join our team.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise Content Management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on Enterprise Content Management best practices. Advanced customer-facing skills, customer relationship building, the ability to facilitate and lead blueprint design and requirements workshops, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Content Management solutions, including OpenText Content Management suite
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and develop customized Enterprise Content Management strategies
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the deployment and integration of Enterprise Content Management systems
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption of Enterprise Content Management solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Enterprise Content Management systems
  • Stay "up to date" with the latest Enterprise Content Management technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions
  • Managing end to end Implementation independently
  • Demonstrate a passion for technology and willingness to learn new technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management consulting and implementation
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Content Management platforms such as OpenText ECM, OpenText Documentum, ΙΒΜ FileNet, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management principles, including document management, workflow automation, and records management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate keen interest in learning new technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Greek and English
