Σύντομη περιγραφή καθηκόντων: Τεχνικός με ειδίκευση στα δίκτυα και δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες.

Καθήκοντα:

· Εγκατάσταση και παραμετροποίηση δικτυακού ενεργού εξοπλισμού στο χώρο του πελάτη

· Rollouts περιφερειακών σημείων

· Τεχνική υποστήριξη (on-site) σε πελάτες

· Troubleshooting

· Επικοινωνία με το back office και ενημέρωση για την πορεία των εργασιών

· Επικοινωνία και ενημέρωση του πελάτη για την πορεία των εργασιών

· Δυνατότητα εργασίας με κυλιόμενες πρωινές και απογευματινές βάρδιες σε NOC πελάτη

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης στον τομέα της Πληροφορικής
  • Τεχνογνωσία επιπέδου CCNA (Routing/Switching, Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/IP addressing, NAT, DHCP, MS WINDOWS)
  • Πιστοποίηση CCNA
  • Βασικές τεχνικές troubleshooting
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά & γραπτά)

Επιθυμητά προσόντα:

  • Παραμετροποίηση συσκευών Cisco (Routers, Switches)
  • Γνώσεις πρωτοκόλλων Internet (DNS, στατικές και δυναμικές δρομολογήσεις)
  • Τεχνογνωσία και εμπειρία σε υποδομές καλωδίωσης
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
