AI Engineering Lead

As a passionate AI Engineer you will lead a team of engineers and numerous AI and Intelligent Process Automation projects for various organizations.

To do so we are partners with some of the leading vendors in their fields – Celonis for Process Intelligence, Google for Data and AI, Salesforce for Agentic AI- and we are investing in new technologies as they arise. Responsibilities:

nderstand and document business needs

·       
D

esign and develop architectures for agentic AI systems using modern LLM frameworks, MLs, APIs etc

·       
E

ngineer relevant features to improve AI solution accuracy and performance – development

·       
U

se multi-agent collaboration frameworks for complex business workflows

·       
I

ntegrate AI agents to enterprise systems, APIs, and external apps using AI orchestration tools

·       
D

eploy solutions to production environments allowing for real-time or batch inference on new data.

C

ommunication of the solutions to stakeholders (customers)

·       
O

wner of  technical discussions on architecture, scalability, and performance optimization

·       
L

ead the team of AI engineers

·       
E

nsure proper documentation and DevOps

·       
R

esearch, learn and recommend new technologies relevant to your field

Requirements:

• Proven
  experience in AI projects

– min 2 years- with track record -min 2 projects- in designing and developing AI solutions in corporate environments and at least another 3 years in development projects. Development of Agentic AI solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge

of AI stack (multimodal) – Google Cloud Platform tools is a plus – Certifications are a plus
- Hands on Python
