, we design and build tech-infused indoor entertainment experiences that power escape rooms, interactive mini golf, RFID-based mission games, and fully automated attractions across the globe. Our systems combine software, firmware, hardware, and live game mechanics into seamless experiences for both operators and visitors.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Back End Developer
with strong expertise in
Java
to strengthen our development team. This role is ideal for someone who can not only write clean and reliable code, but also design scalable architectures, guide developers, and bring structure to complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end services for our entertainment platforms (Java & Spring).
  • Shape system architecture and ensure scalability, reliability, and security across projects.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, hardware engineers, and game designers to integrate software with physical experiences.
  • Optimize existing systems for performance and robustness.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level team members, helping raise the overall technical bar.
  • Stay current with best practices in back-end engineering and apply them to our stack.

Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience with Java and Spring Framework.
  • Proven track record of designing and maintaining scalable applications.
  • Strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and communication protocols.
  • Solid problem-solving mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate across disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional/fluent level of English.
  • An owned transportation vehicle for the commuting to the company HQ will be considered as an asset.
