Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
with a
Civil Engineering degree
to lead and manage construction operations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site activities, manage budgets and payments, coordinate with outsourced civil engineers, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and payment schedules.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with outsourced civil engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all construction, safety, and quality regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to company management.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain smooth project execution.
• Support in resource planning and procurement of materials and services.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in
  Civil Engineering
  (required).
• Minimum
  4 years of proven experience
  in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
