About us:

At Omalon Environmental Services, we operate in the fields of Landscaping, Pest Control, Cleaning Services, and Asset Care. As recognized contractors, we manage multi-level, large-scale, high-standard projects aiming for their care and overall upgrade.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Administrative support: Organizing files, maintaining customer and supplier contracts, managing correspondence.

•  Work schedules: Drafting and monitoring daily/weekly crew schedules.

•  Customer communication: Handling phone calls and e-mails, scheduling appointments, responding to requests.

•  Reporting: Drafting reports for customers on applications, monitoring results, and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

•  Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or other related field.

•  Excellent knowledge of English.

• Familiarity with MS Office and management tools

•  Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
