Due to its expansion, LAS SOLUTIONS is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and talented Billing Analyst.

# yourmission

• Intercompany offer preparation for services provided within the group
• Offer preparation for projects and services provided to the customers
• Liaise with operations an accounting to establish billing processes and accuracy
• Utilizing ERP (Soft 1) entries to prepare weekly reports
• Preparation of Service Contracts for new customers
• Day to day communication with other departments within the KNAPP group
• Detecting and resolving errors in billing operations and other related problems

# yourprofile

• BSc degree in Engineering or business economics
• 3-5 years of experience in FM / Construction / Services Company
• Experience with ERP systems (Knowledge of Soft1 ERP/SAP will be considered as an additional qualification)
• Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
• Strong PC literacy
• Skilled user Office Excel
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Soft skills like teamwork, results orientation, critical thinking, adaptability, goals oriented
• Knowledge of the German language will be highly appreciated
