Η Simple Software, εταιρία που δραστηριοποιείται στον χώρο της πληροφορικής, στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξής της, ζητά για πλήρη απασχόληση, υπάλληλο για στελέχωση του τμήματος Customer Care.

Τι θα κάνετε:

  • Τηλεφωνική Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών (1st level support) για θέματα που αφορούν χρήση εφαρμογής, χρήσης Η/Υ και δικτύων (συνδεσιμότητα κλπ).
  • Εγκαταστάσεις δικτύων και Η/Υ. (format, troubleshooting, hardware drivers)
  • On site υποστήριξη σε βλάβες δικτύου ή hardware

Το ωράριο εργασίας είναι κυλιόμενο-πενθήμερο. Οι βάρδιες είναι ως επι το πλείστον πρωινές καθημερινές αλλα υπάρχουν και απογευματινές βάρδιες και βάρδιες Σαββατοκύριακου.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας (ευγένεια, υπομονή μεταδοτικότητα)
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου

Επιθυμητές γνώσεις

  • Δικτύων (ασύρματων και ενσύρματων ) (Maintenance - Installation - Configuration - area coverage - routing -roaming)
  • Hardware maintenance (PC-Networks)
  • Software Maintenance - Installation - Configuration (Windows)
