The Role in a Nutshell
As an Appian Developer, you'll be at the forefront of designing, building, and optimizing applications using the Appian Low-Code platform. Whether you're just getting started or have years of experience, we have exciting challenges waiting for you.
Your Day-to-DayDeveloping end-to-end Appian applications, from process models to interfaces and integrations.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Optimizing performance and ensuring best practices in Appian development.
Working in an Agile environment, contributing to sprints, reviews, and retrospectives.
Staying up to date with Appian updates, features, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Appian BPM
Understanding of low-code/no-code development principles.
Knowledge of SQL, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and integration patterns.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills (because teamwork makes the dream work).
