Due to the continued growth of our operations, we are seeking to recruit a Process Automation Architect to join our
Financial Services Process Automation and Quality Engineering team.
A typical day for a
Process Automation Architect
involves collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders to design and implement automation solutions that optimize complex financial processes. You will translate business needs into scalable automation architectures, define best practices for development and governance, and ensure the quality and efficiency of delivered solutions. Working within a multidisciplinary consulting team, you'll combine technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strategic vision to drive digital transformation initiatives for leading financial institutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable process automation solutions across multiple business areas.
- Define end-to-end automation architecture (BPM/low-code, Workflows, APIs, integrations).
- Set and maintain platform standards for development, security, and governance.
- Oversee delivery of automation projects to ensure quality, scalability, and resilience.
- Create and maintain reusable components and technical documentation.
- Support and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
- Monitor automation performance and drive ongoing optimization.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years in enterprise process automation, solution/enterprise architecture, or related roles.
- Hands-on architecture across BPM/low-code, API-first designs, integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MQ), and cloud (e.g., Azure).
- Proven delivery in cross-functional settings; excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Experience in the banking sector is considered as a plus.
- Appian design/architecture experience or certification is considered as a plus.
