Customer Service Representative – Dutch or Danish speaking

What will you be doing?Provide support for all customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail
Documenting the results from conversation properly
Service to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide product and service information to customers
Keep up to date on services, policies and processes to ensure implementation and accurate information
Be independent in your tasks

You are a team player, but able to work individually as well
You are flexible, reliable and show commitment
You are fluent in Dutch or Danish
You have very good written and spoken English / German language skills and a strong customer and service orientation
