Customer Service Representative – Dutch or Danish speaking

Exciting GmbH is an innovative dialogue and service center, specialized in high-quality dialogue measures in different industries. With more than 10 years of experience exciting GmbH is one of the leading providers of comprehensive sales support. We take care of any desired communication, in writing, by telephone or chat as well as in the social media.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide support for all customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail 

  • Documenting the results from conversation properly

  • Service to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Provide product and service information to customers

  • Keep up to date on services, policies and processes to ensure implementation and accurate information

  • Be independent in your tasks
