About This Position
We're on the lookout for a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on back-end development using Python and Django. While front-end experience with React is a nice-to-have, your primary responsibilities will revolve around designing, building, and optimizing robust, scalable backend systems.
You'll work closely with a talented team to create features that power our platform, improve performance, and ensure a seamless experience for our users.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement new backend features and APIs in Python (Django).
- Optimize database queries and ensure scalable architecture.
- Collaborate with product team to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain platform reliability.
- Support front-end development using ReactJS.
- Participate in code reviews and help shape our engineering practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in back-end development using Python and Django.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, testable, and efficient code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- A BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
