About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to help shape the future of our Customer Experience (CX) Platform — a mission-driven initiative designed to bridge human needs and business impact through sustainable technology. As part of our growing team, you'll develop reliable backend services and intuitive frontend components that power modular, distributed enterprise systems. You'll play a hands-on role in designing solutions that manage data flows, integrations, and business rules — all while ensuring simplicity and scalability. This position is ideal for developers who thrive on building meaningful systems and want their work to contribute to positive change for both people and the planet.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain services and REST APIs for modular platform components.
  • Contribute to frontend development using low-code tools or modern component frameworks.
  • Collaborate with backend, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in system design for distributed data workflows and modular architectures.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Support the evolution of internal engineering standards, tooling, and best practices.
  • Contribute to both existing systems and new greenfield developments.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on
  • Deep understanding of REST API design, service integration, and backend logic.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for backend and frontend development.
  • Familiarity with component-based frontend frameworks or low-code platforms.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and synchronization.
  • Experience working in agile teams delivering production-grade solutions.

Required Skills

  • Experience with Supabase (PostgreSQL, authentication, synchronization).
  • Familiarity with Deno for backend development.
  • Exposure to low-code frameworks such as DevExpress/XAF.
  • Understanding of event-driven architectures, rule engines, or metadata-driven platforms.
  • Background in enterprise platform development, especially in retail or logistics.
