Η ΕΛΟΥΝΤΑ Α.Ε. αναζητά δυναμικά και ικανά στελέχη για την θέση του I.T. Manager με στόχο την υποστήριξη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας και τον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό στη νέα εποχή. Στόχος είναι να χτιστεί μια σύγχρονη, καινοτόμος και ευέλικτη ομάδα IT, ικανή να διασφαλίζει την αδιάλειπτη λειτουργία των υποδομών 24/7 αλλά και να σχεδιάζει και να υλοποιεί έργα βελτίωσης και μετασχηματισμού.

Επιθυμητό Εύρος Γνώσεων/Διαχείρισης

Υπεύθυνος για τη λειτουργία και συντήρηση όλων των IT υποδομών (δίκτυα, servers, Wi-Fi), την τήρηση των SLA και τη διαχείριση της ομάδας υποστήριξης.

Διαχείριση και βελτιστοποίηση servers, firewalls, δικτυακών υποδομών, monitoring και disaster recovery plan.

Καθημερινή τεχνική υποστήριξη (1st/2nd level), ticketing, troubleshooting.

Παρουσία onsite για την άμεση επίλυση τεχνικών θεμάτων.

Διαχείριση PMS, POS, CRM, integrations και υποστήριξη business processes.

Διαχείριση διασυνδέσεων μεταξύ PMS, POS, ERP, Channel Manager, OTA interfaces.

Διασφάλιση ασφάλειας δεδομένων, συμμόρφωση με GDPR, παρακολούθηση συστημάτων (SIEM).

Δημιουργία dashboards και αναφορών για διοίκηση, revenue management και operations.

Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση νέων τεχνολογικών έργων, αυτοματισμών, AI, και λύσεων digital transformation.

Προσόντα :

Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής ή συναφούς αντικειμένου (επιθυμητό).

Εξειδίκευση σε τομέα της Πληροφορικής ή συναφούς αντικειμένου (επιθυμητό).

Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση (θα εκτιμηθεί).

Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά).

Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, ομαδικότητας και προσανατολισμός στην επίλυση προβλημάτων.
