Η Skyserv, ηγέτιδα εταιρεία στο χώρο της επίγειας εξυπηρέτησης αεροσκαφών αναζητά, για τον διεθνή αερολιμένα Αθηνών, έναν καταρτισμένο Υπάλληλο Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, για να διαχειρίζεται όλες τις λειτουργίες του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και να εξασφαλίσει ότι όλες οι ενέργειες θα ευθυγραμμίζονται με τους επιχειρηματικούς μας στόχους.

Ένα σημαντικό μέρος του ρόλου σας θα είναι να λειτουργείτε ως σύνδεσμος μεταξύ του τμήματος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και των εργαζομένων, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή επικοινωνία και την άμεση επίλυση των αιτημάτων και των ερωτήσεων.

Θα πρέπει να είστε σε θέση να εργάζεστε αυτόνομα και να παραμένετε ψύχραιμοι κάτω από πίεση.

Αρμοδιότητες

·Καθημερινή εκτέλεση των λειτουργιών και καθηκόντων του τμήματος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.

·Προετοιμασία εγγράφων Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, όπως συμβάσεις εργασίας και οδηγούς νέων προσληφθέντων.

·Ενημέρωση των εσωτερικών βάσεων δεδομένων και συντήρηση των αρχείων του προσωπικού.

·Παροχή γραφικής και διοικητικής υποστήριξης στα στελέχη του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.

·Προετοιμασία εγγράφων τεκμηρίωσης και αναφορών σχετικά με τις δραστηριότητες του προσωπικού ως προς την στελέχωση τμημάτων.

·Διαχείριση αιτημάτων των εργαζομένων σχετικά με ζητήματα, κανόνες και κανονισμούς Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.

·Καθοδήγηση στον αρχικό προσανατολισμό στους νέους προσληφθέντες.

·Επίλυση και αντιμετώπιση σύνθετων θεμάτων σχέσεων μεταξύ των εργαζόμενων.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

·Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ

·Καλή χρήση προγράμματος EXCEL.

·Πολύ καλή γνώση H/Y.

·Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας.

·Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.

·Γνώση του πληροφοριακού συστήματος Π.Σ. "ΕΡΓΑΝΗ" καθώς και του PYLON HRM θα εκτιμηθούν.

·Εμπειρία σε λογισμικό Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, όπως HRIS ή HRMS θα θεωρηθεί προσόν

·Οργανωτικές ικανότητες, επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ομαδικό πνεύμα.

Η αξιολόγηση των βιογραφικών θα ξεκινήσει άμεσα και θα συνεχιστεί μέχρι την κάλυψη των θέσεων εργασίας.
