Our private family office is looking for an
Accountant
to complement its existing Accounting Team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Register accounting entries
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank accounts reconciliation
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements
  • Prepare bank payments
  • Assist in tax filings' preparation
  • Prepare reports as requested
  • Assist in the preparation for the annual Audit
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
  • Assist with other accounting projects

Skills & Qualifications

  • University Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Accountant
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (V-lookups and pivot tables will be considered a plus)
  • Experience in Pylon Business Accountant Software will be considered a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical acumen
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
  • Positive personality with a can do attitude
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must
