εκείνον/η που βλέπει το design σαν γλώσσα
, που μπορεί να δώσει ζωή σε ένα post, κίνηση σε ένα logo, χρώμα σε μια καμπάνια και vibe σε ένα brand.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Σχεδιασμό
    στατικών & motion γραφικών
    για social, καμπάνιες, ads & branding.
  • Μετατροπή ιδεών/briefs σε visuals που τραβάνε το μάτι και μιλάνε τη γλώσσα του κοινού.
  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα content & strategy για projects που πάνε πέρα από το "ωραίο design".
  • Παρακολούθηση των trends (TikTok, Instagram, Behance, Dribbble) και φρέσκες ιδέες για το πώς τα brands μένουν relevant.

Τι ψάχνουμε σε σένα:

  • Adobe Mastery
    : Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (αν ξέρεις και 3D, ακόμα καλύτερα).
  • Αγάπη για το
    motion
    — όχι μόνο να κουνάς ένα στοιχείο, αλλά να το κάνεις να λέει ιστορία.
  • Δημιουργικό μυαλό που ξέρει να "διαβάζει" το brief και να βγάζει κάτι
    έξυπνο και διαφορετικό
    .
  • Ενημέρωση για trends, pop culture, και το πώς αυτά μπαίνουν στο design.
  • Ομαδικότητα, διάθεση να μάθεις και να μεγαλώσεις μαζί μας.
