Crypto Forex Instructor – Cyprus, Greece or Remote

The Role:

As a Crypto Forex Instructor, you will be responsible for leading dynamic live trading sessions, engaging with our audience and promoting XM's products and services. You will provide valuable insights into crypto trading, use XM's trading platforms (MT4 and MT5), and create a welcoming and educational environment for traders of all skill levels.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Conduct live trades using real or demo account, discuss the trades, ensuring viewers can follow along with your strategy.
  • Use and promote XM's trading platforms (MT4/MT5), tools, features, and services during live sessions, ensuring viewers understand how XM can support their trading journey.
  • Educate viewers based on their needs, offering insights tailored to their trading backgrounds.
  • Attract traders from social platforms to watch the livestream.
  • Engage with viewers by answering questions warmly and politely, ensuring everyone feels valued.
  • Create a fun, engaging atmosphere in live sessions while staying professional.
  • Ensure a balanced and respectful exchange of ideas, allowing each expert equal time to share their insights.
  • Follow XM's ethical guidelines and conduct themselves with integrity, professionalism, and respect always.

Main requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge and experience in crypto trading, fundamental and technical analysis, particularly with XM's MT4 and MT5 platforms.
  • Previous experience with live streaming or content creation is a plus.
  • Proven ability to trade live and share strategies transparently.
  • Strong understanding of XM's products, services, and trading tools.
  • Comfortable speaking to a live audience and responding to questions in real-time.
  • A positive, patient, and friendly attitude, with a focus on helping others succeed in trading.
