We're expanding our team and looking for an experienced
UTM Technician (Thickness Measurements)
to join our inspection division.

If you have a background in
NDT
and
ultrasonic testing
, and you're ready for
international projects
across the maritime and industrial sectors, this could be the perfect fit for you.


Your Role

  • Perform
    thickness measurements (UTM)
    on vessels in line with
    IACS
    and
    class society
    standards.
  • Document and report all inspection results accurately and comprehensively.
  • Prepare detailed
    technical reports
    for surveyors, technical managers, and classification societies.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain ultrasonic testing equipment.
  • Work closely with DROBOTiQS's technical team to resolve any discrepancies and ensure inspection quality.


What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma
    (preferred: degree/diploma in
    Naval Architecture
    ,
    Mechanical Engineering
    , or related field).
  • NDT Level II certification
    with proven experience in
    UTM/NDT
    in the
    maritime
    industry.
  • Experience with
    ultrasonic testing
    , micrometers, and precision measurement tools.
  • Familiarity with
    ship construction standards
    and
    IACS regulations
    .
  • Ability to read and interpret
    technical drawings
    and specifications.
  • Strong
    reporting and documentation skills
    .
  • Attention to detail
    , problem-solving mindset, and teamwork spirit.
  • Excellent English skills
    (minimum C1 level).
