Our exemplary collaboration with this airline introduced us to the fascinating industry of aviation, and led our decision to develop, within iteam SA, the dedicated Strategic Business Unit (SBU) aviBright that offers unique Value-for-Money solutions for airlines.

Position Summary

We are looking for passionate Software Test Engineers with a strong focus on software quality. The position involves working in a variety of technologies. The successful candidates must be eager to contribute, work, adapt and evolve in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• You will be a valuable member of agile teams for delivering high-quality solutions (mostly web applications).
• You will be engaging with business analysts during requirements analysis and scenarios creation.
• You will collaborate with the test manager in the creation of test plans.
• You will design, create and maintain test cases in appropriate tools.
• You will be collaborating with software engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will be executing tests.
• You will be identifying defects and utilizing bug tracking software.
• You will be undertaking regression testing.

Depending on the project, you may also:

• Assist by providing design input.
• Act as a technical writer of product documentation.
• Automate test procedures (scripting, execution & maintenance).

Requirements

Must-have qualifications

• You are a software test engineer with previous working experience in software testing (and software lifecycle management in general).
• You are familiar with defect management tools (Azure/Atlassian)
• You have an eye on quality.
• You are motivated, with a mindset of growth & positivity
• You have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• You have experiance in team collaboration tools
• Finally, you have good communication skills in Greek and English, you have a legal permit to work in Greece, and – if required – you have any military obligations fulfilled.

Highly appreciated qualifications

• Experience in object-oriented programming or scripting languages (such as Java, C#, JavaScript or Python)
• Practical experience on test automation frameworks (TestNG, Protractor, MochaJS, Cucumber etc.)
• ISTQB certification
