Υπάλληλο Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών - Customer Service Agent
Καθημερινές Αρμοδιότητες:
- Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων πελατών.
- Παροχή πληροφοριών σχετικά με προϊόντα, υπηρεσίες, πολιτικές και διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.
- Επίλυση αποριών ή προβλημάτων πελατών με επαγγελματισμό και αποτελεσματικότητα.
- Καταγραφή και παρακολούθηση αιτημάτων πελατών σε σύστημα CRM.
- Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα της εταιρείας για την επίλυση πιο σύνθετων θεμάτων.
- Διατήρηση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και επαγγελματικής συμπεριφοράς.
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
· Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
· Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση εξυπηρέτησης πελατών (τηλεφωνικά ή δια ζώσης) θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα.
· Καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ και ευχέρεια χρήσης CRM συστημάτων.
· Ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου και προτεραιοτήτων.
· Υπομονή, ενσυναίσθηση και ευγένεια στην επικοινωνία.
· Γνώση Αγγλικών
· Ομαδικό πνεύμα και συνεργατική διάθεση.
