Junior Graphic Designer
 will be responsible for developing creative, visually engaging content across paid (press, digital) and owned media (website, newsletters, social media, POS). This role plays a central part in shaping the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints—from campaigns and packaging to trade shows and retail displays. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with attention to detail and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Brand Development

  • Develop and design creative content and visually engaging graphics.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with the company's branding and marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of design principles in all work.

2. Brand Consistency & Identity

  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design projects.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines as needed.

3. Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver effective designs.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Provide constructive feedback and revisions based on client or team input.

4. Project Management & Execution

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
  • Prepare final designs for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Coordinate with printers and other vendors for the successful execution of print projects.
  • Prepare final files for digital or print publication.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field

Skills

  • Excellent computer knowledge is essential.
  • 1-3 years of proven graphic design experience.
  • Exceptional Knowledge of English.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
  • Knowledge in design software, ideally in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with video editing and creation tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a strong plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
