Senior Λογιστή – Team Leader
για την ομάδα λογιστηρίου μας στο Μαρούσι. Ο ρόλος περιλαμβάνει την καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη της ομάδας λογιστών, εξασφαλίζοντας ακριβή οικονομική αναφορά και συμμόρφωση με τη νομοθεσία.

Κύρια καθήκοντα:

  • Ηγεσία και καθοδήγηση ομάδας λογιστών, αξιολογήσεις και mentoring
  • Επίβλεψη καθημερινών λογιστικών λειτουργιών (ημερολόγια, συμφωνίες λογαριασμών, καθολικά)
  • Προετοιμασία οικονομικών καταστάσεων και αναφορών (μηνιαίες, τριμηνιαίες, ετήσιες)
  • Παρακολούθηση ΦΠΑ, φορολογικών δηλώσεων και νομικών υποχρεώσεων
  • Διαχείριση ERP και ψηφιακών εργαλείων (MyData compliance)
  • Υποστήριξη προϋπολογισμού, προβλέψεων και διαχείριση ταμειακών ροών
  • Συνεργασία με ελεγκτές, φορολογικές αρχές και εξωτερικούς συμβούλους

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Λογιστικής, Χρηματοοικονομικών ή συναφούς τομέα (μεταπτυχιακό ή CPA/ACCA/CIMA επιθυμητό)
  • Τουλάχιστον 7 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε λογιστικά καθήκοντα, με ρόλο ηγεσίας
  • Καλή γνώση Ελληνικών λογιστικών προτύπων και φορολογίας
  • Δεξιότητες σε ERP και Excel
  • Άριστες αναλυτικές και επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
  • Άπταιστα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά
