Αναζητούμε έναν δυναμικό Project Manager για να ηγηθεί ενός καινοτόμου project στον χώρο του αθλητικού στοιχήματος. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα έχει βαθιά γνώση του στοιχηματικού χώρου και θα μπορεί να διαχειρίζεται αποτελεσματικά ομάδες, στρατηγικές περιεχομένου και καμπάνιες CRM, ενώ θα συνεργάζεται στενά με τα τμήματα Marketing και Product για την ανάπτυξη του project.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση και καθοδήγηση ομάδας content.
  • Καθορισμός και υλοποίηση της στρατηγικής CRM με στόχο την αύξηση του engagement και της διατήρησης των χρηστών (retention).
  • Εποπτεία της διαδικασίας δημιουργίας και δημοσίευσης περιεχομένου στην ιστοσελίδα (προγνωστικά, άρθρα, προσφορές κ.ά.).
  • Διασφάλιση της ποιότητας του δημοσιευμένου περιεχομένου, σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του brand.
  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs της ιστοσελίδας και προτάσεις βελτίωσης με στόχο την αύξηση των εσόδων.
  • Διαχείριση των σχέσεων με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες, όπως οι Pro Tipsters και αξιολόγηση της απόδοσής τους.
  • Εκπροσώπηση του project σε ζωντανές εκπομπές στο YouTube και άλλες κοινοτικές πρωτοβουλίες.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Αποδεδειγμένη γνώση και εμπειρία στον χώρο του αθλητικού στοιχήματος.
  • Εμπειρία σε ρόλους διαχείρισης έργου ή λειτουργιών.
  • Άριστη χρήση CRM εργαλείων και κατανόηση στρατηγικών retention.
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας με αυτονομία, λήψης γρήγορων αποφάσεων και διαχείρισης απρόβλεπτων καταστάσεων.
  • Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία και στην παρουσίαση, τόσο εντός ομάδας όσο και σε δημόσιο περιβάλλον (π.χ. YouTube).
  • Διαθεσιμότητα για εργασία σε βάρδιες.
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και στρατηγική σκέψη.

  • Γνώσεις SEO και βέλτιστων πρακτικών περιεχομένου για μηχανές αναζήτησης.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε κοινότητες ή projects με live streaming/παρουσιάσεις.
